Nothing is better than a detox and ultra-easy recipe for your breakfasts. Full of fibers, healthy and digest, your skin and your body will thank you.
For a home-made granola:
1. Preheat the oven at 150°C (thermostat 5)
2. Grind 100gr of hazelnuts, 100gr of almonds and 200gr of sunflower seeds together. Blend everything together in a bowl and then add 40gr of coconut powder, 3 spoons of chia seeds, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and 1 pinch of salt.
3. On the top poor 8cl of coconut oil, 5cl of maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Blend the whole mixture.
4. Spread the whole mixture on a big baking tray and cover it with sulfurized paper.
5. Cook it in the oven for 30 minutes: at half-time, mix it so the cereals do not stick to the baking tray and every side gets to be cooked the same way.
6. Once cooked, mix it and pour some milk on it. You can now taste it!
7. You can always change a little bit the recipe each day by adding some fresh or dry fruits to add vitamins and fibers!
