Here we are, the end of spring, the beginning of summer, the lunches on the terrace, the fresh and light dishes to feast our taste buds ... We only dream of that at Noxidoxi!

The battle was rough, and made talk within the team before finding an agreement on the recipe of the summer to recommend you! We leave you immediately to discover our favorite smoothie of the moment and our ultra light and gourmet salad !

As it is the season of the red fruits, we decided to put them in recipes, as detoxifying as succulents.

THE NOXIBERRY SMOOTHY:

For 2 people :

1 hugeeee tray of strawberries (yessss)

2 bananas (yum, never enough bananas!)

1 orange

1 dozen young spinach shoots

1 cup of pressed orange juice

1 cup of water

Mix it all with the blender and enjoy fresh!

And what better than a small salad to accompany its detox smoothie? We tested one, as fast as delicious, done in 10 minutes before spinning to the beach with your girlfriends to bask and chat all afternoon ...

LA NOXIBERRY SALAD:

For 2 people :

1 tray of raspberry

Young spinach shoots (as much as your appetite claims)

Fresh cheese (or feta for the most greedy!)

Grape seed oil (or olive oil)

Raspberry vinegar (or balsamic vinegar)

Seeds of poppy and sesame

Chive

Salt pepper

Step 1: Arrange in a salad bowl the young shoots of spinach and the raspberries.

Step 2: Crumble the fresh cheese (or feta) over it.

Step 3: In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, salt and pepper. Spread this mixture over the salad and chop the chives on top.

Step 4: Serve cool and accompany with a raspberry coulis that goes perfectly with fresh cheese!
